Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Hydroponics Farming ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Hydroponics Farming ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

Hydroponics Farming charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

You may return damaged or defective merchandise if we are notified within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

We will send you a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return address. The RMA number must be written visibly on the outside of the returning package. If the shipment must be sent back in more than one box, please include the RMA Number on the outside of all packages being shipped.

Refunds are given if the merchandise is returned, within 30 days of our ship date, in the original packaging, and has not been mounted or used. Please package the item carefully, as we cannot credit product that becomes damaged during return to us. We recommend an insured carrier. Your return must be shipped prepaid in order for us to receive it. No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.
